Team Implosion is the FIRST Robotics Team #2484 from Woods Cross High School. Each year since 2008, we have entered the FIRST Robotics Competition, where we are given a kit of electronic and infrastructural parts and six weeks in which to build a robot that meets the specifications of that year's challenge.

This year our challenge is Breakaway. It is close to soccer, but has two large bumps extending across the field. Our robots need to be designed to go over these bumps and to get the soccer balls into one of two goals. For bonus points, we can have our robot hang from a 7-foot tower at the end of the match.

After the season our team has been going around to schools presenting the robot. We plan to continue the team and are preparing for the next season.
